About

I love designing the experiences we could only imagine. I’m an advocate for divergent design thinking, building a design culture of play, exploration and learning, and creating a strong foundation on the teams I build with.

Work Experience

2025 — Now

Senior Product Designer at Affirm

  • Led design on Agent Portal 3.0, the first major platform redesign of our internal servicing tool, which meant redesigning information architecture around agent intent, reducing cognitive load and establishing a scalable foundation for future product expansion
  • Led design integration for a new credit card servicing product, establishing ownership boundaries and workflow patterns for a new product type, proving AP 3.0’s scalability
  • Drove brand redesign of Help Center as part of large-scale web redesign
  • Built the foundation for self-serve support experiences, like conversational AI and entry points to servicing

2024 — 2025

Senior Product Designer at Dropbox (Contract)

  • Championed mobile-first product strategy and shipped various mid-to-bottom funnel growth experiments as the sole designer on FormSwift
  • Strategically partnered with product management, rapidly delivering a cornerstone project from concept to launch while proactively identifying and designing key feature enhancements, as the sole designer on DocSend

2023 — 2024

Product Designer at Material Security

Enhanced Phishing Protection's marketability with AI-powered automated remediation tools:

  • Enabled security teams to prioritize high-threat incidents and set tailored org-driven policies.
  • Decreased a significant factor of time-to-completion metrics for case resolutions.

Collaborated with brand and marketing teams to create impactful ad templates, event merchandise, and visual assets, boosting brand visibility and engagement.

2020 — 2023

Product Designer at Dropbox

Designed strategic improvements to 0-1 Dropbox products like Transfer (file-sharing tool) and Dash (universal search tool):

  • Streamlined the Transfer management page, accelerating task completion metrics.
  • Conducted growth experiments that boosted product revenue by attracting high-intent users.
  • Simplified Dash setup and onboarding down to 3 steps, optimizing user funnel and adoption.

Identified new feature opportunities for the Search team, such as "Advanced search operators" and “User-generated metadata”:

  • Implemented a phased approach to gauge user interest and optimize resource allocation.
  • Observed significant engagement (200-300k keyword queries per day) upon feature launch, validating investment and shaping long-term roadmap.
  • Demonstrated value for investing in metadata, leading to team expansion in Israel.

Facilitated design workshops to foster cross-functional alignment:

  • Established a community of 65 designers focused on user education, addressing company-wide consistency challenges in design approaches.
